1. Security of our members and their property is guaranteed by our Closed circuit television (CCTV) system
2. Confidentiality of our members' information is guaranteed as our staff are trained to be discreet in all dealings with personal information and our switchboard is physically segregated from our public reception area
3. All our staff are security vetted
4. All post sent to our members is retrieved on time and securely stored
5. Our information systems are secured by industry standard and up to date anti virus and firewall protection.
6. All electronic documents created and stored on FBA systems wiil be segregated and secure as we create exclusive accounts and storage areas for each of our members
